14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new TorqueX subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • All subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Both monthly and annual billing cycles

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription
  • You experience technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • You downgrade to a lower plan (prorated refund for the difference)

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You're requesting a refund for a renewal payment (beyond 14 days)
  • You've already received a refund for a previous subscription

How to Request a Refund

  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • UPI: 1-2 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Plan downgrades (prorated difference)
  • Service interruptions lasting more than 24 hours
  • Feature limitations that significantly impact your business

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

Data Retention

After a refund is processed:

  • Your account will be immediately downgraded to the free tier (if available)
  • Premium features will be disabled
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted

We recommend exporting your data before requesting a refund if you wish to keep it.
